Terms and
Conditions of Booking & Occupancy
1. Security Bond
A security bond is payable before or upon arrival: A valid credit card
Authorisation or cash bond is required as security.
2. Charges
Charges must be paid by cash, bank cheque or credit card before
occupancy commences unless special prior arrangement have been made.
3. Check In and Check Out
Time
Occupancy commences at 2.00pm on arrival date and expires at 10.00am
on departure date.
4. Loss or Damage
The guest authorises the Manager to charge any credit card for any
loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any Guest is liable
under this document or otherwise.
5. Deposits
Required for all reservations, amount will be advised at time of
booking
6. Cancellations
Low and Mid Season – 14 days notification refund of deposit less $50
admin fee. Less than 14 days notification, no refund.
High Season – 28 days notification refund of deposit less $50 admin
fee. Less than 28 days notification and where unit cannot be let for
same period, no refund.
7. Registered Guests
Only the number of people shown on registration may stay in the
apartment overnight.
8. Tariffs
Tariffs are subject to change without notification. |
